HOLT CARGO SYSTEMS

TO BECOME A CARRIER FOR HOLT CARGO SYSTEMS, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Read and accept the Broker Carrier Agreement
• Provide your MC/MX# to begin registration
• Validate or provide the carrier contact information
• Complete the carrier profile
• If RMIS does not already have a copy of our certificate on file, we will request one for you from your insurance agent (producer).
• Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
• Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability
• Minimum $1,000,000 general liability
• Proof of Workers Compensation insurance
• Completed W-9 Form
• Operating authority with the below requirements:
• Must have a valid interstate or intrastate authority
• Safety Rating must be Satisfactory or None
